The proximity to Lakepoint could not have been more perfect. I appreciate the well laid out room. The room had all the comforts of home. The laundry facilities were much appreciated. Made to.order breakfast was awesome to get the day started.

Great location for the Lakepoint Sports Complex. The hotel staff is great and are very accommodating. The only issue i saw is the breakfast could use some improvement. Cooks aremt very accommodating.

Stayed 2 nights. Had two rooms 310, 410. Got in late Friday, left 10am Sunday. Overall, good stay.
Handicap rooms. Hope having those rooms did not prevent disabled from booking. Would have preferred non-handicap. Very accommodating, however.
410 Shower head leaked causing low water pressure. Reported to staff Saturday morning. Promptly fixed. All staff were friendly and fun for the entire visit.
Omelets were great. Overall, food was good for breakfast, lunch, amd dinner. Staff stayed busy. Dinner music very good.
Excercise room door needs to be fixed. Handle missing. Shower curtains in both rooms need cleaning. There is visible mold at the bottom of curtains. Vaccuum under the beds in both rooms.
Great location for a family of 5 visiting for baseball workouts.

We were very, very pleased with this hotel. They go above and beyo d. The front desk workers are so pleasant, and always working hard to meet your needs. It was quiet and clean. The best is they are right across from our vollyball tournements.

All around great experience
Great place to stay! We were greeted with a smile and great front desk staff. Everywhere we went, the staff was friendly and willing to help. We were there for a baseball tournament at LakePoint and it was only a 1-2 min walk to the front gate. However, when inside, you wouldn’t even know it was there! Very spacious room with all the amenities. Highly recommend!!

The manager was extremely pleasant and very helpful. We ate upstairs in the skyline, and the food was very good and the drinks were amazing. I love the peach drink that I got it had smoke and it was displayed in a glass like beauty and the beast I loved it. We came down for my daughter‘s gymnastics meet, and it was very convenient to be right across the street and walking distance.
