The only downside and I saw the person involved talking to a member of staff before discovered is that our hotel towels went missing from sun loungers we reserved at breakfast as did others but this couple acquired the sun loungers we reserved. Stereotypically a certain nationality. Other than that spot on and recommend this place "
"This property is spotless, the staff are friendly and the food just gorgeous. The place is well thought out. A small car park, followed by the hot tub and pool, with sunbeds. There is also a sun terrace upstairs that is really nice but noone really used it apart from a couple of people. We never used the spa but you can book in to have a massage. The location is less than 5 mins to the lake and the town centre is about 10-15 min walk. Station is a good 25-30 mins walk but the tickets are easy to get and you can go to Verona, Milan or Venice quite easily. Great location, great staff and hotel. "
