We had apartment on the ground floor with a terrace and it had amazing view. Apartment is nice and well equipped, staff is nice and “invisible” meaning absolutely not intrusive but very helpful if help is needed. It is located basically in the center, I would say the closest you can be to the center while staying on the first line of beach.

We loved the patio, it was huge and the lake view was just amazing. We could sit there and enjoy it for hours…. And the bonus was that you could actually leave your apartment in swimming costume and jump into the lake because it is that close. The apartment was nice quite spacious and with all needed equipments. The staff in reception were really welcoming and helpful - we had arrived later than expected and didn’t have any problems to contact them how to get the keys; also any other little problems like missing chopping board in the kitchen or not working air conditioner were solved quickly.

Location was great - close to ferry, bus, and many restaurants. The pool was great to cool off during the Summer - it was never too crowded. We liked that we were able to use the kitchen to cook, and there was a washing machine to do laundry as well. However, the property is outdated on the inside. Our apartment in the lower floor had moldy walls in the bedrooms. The shower stall was also moldy. The a/c was not cold at all - it felt like a fan. We needed to get a dehumidifier from the front desk to get all the humidity out. We also didn't use the patio area because there were so many spider webs in the ceilings and also mosquitos.

Excellent property and location

Beautiful spacious, well equipped property, two comfortable beds, furnished to a high standard. Lovely clean, well maintained pool with sun lounge area overlooking the lake. Sliding doors opening up to a lovely terrace. Absolutely stunning location. Staff were very helpful, I smashed a bottle on the floor, I informed staff, and they immediately came to clean it up for us. My only negative was no kettle, though when I realised, four days in, that others had a kettle and mentioned it to staff they brought one for us. The other thing we had nothing to clean worktops/dishes with. We had washing up liquid but no sponge/cloth, even though there was a sign up saying we had to keep the kitchen clean. We asked staff for sponge/cloth and they said they didn't provide them. How we were meant to keep the dishes/worktops clean? Also I would never book with Hotels.com again as o messaged on several occasions and got no reply.

The property and the room could need an upgrade, the walls in bathing area were put together by tape, there were black hair several places and i and my son do not have black hair😅 the pool area was nice but could also need a helping as tiles were lose around the pool. Lake of Garda N1 hotel

The view was a 10/10 and the surrounding areas were stunning. People around can understand English perfectly and the tourist are being treated very well. The hotel stuff, receptionist and cleaners were very good and helpful always available and kind.

I loved that the reception at the property was very accessible and gave alot of information when needed. Poula was a great person whom we adored. The view from this property was beyond amazing. Japanese restaurant next door had amazing food and prices were great as well. Everything is basically walking distance to in town. Walking along the lakeside. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to use the pool as the weather was a bit cool for that.

Pros Close to the centre Ten minute walk to train station Five minute walk to the boats Beautiful view Could store suitcase in locked room on the last day (night flight) Cons DO not wash and leave your clothes outside to dry without you being sat watching them dry. We had clothes stolen at a valuable cost. Pool floats also stolen mid week of our holiday. Electric shock when pulling plug out of the bedroom socket Fuse kept tripping and turning lights out Room inside and outside dirty and so had to clean before we could settle in. No toilets near the pool, so had to walk back to the apartment to use facility.

Nice stay in Desenzano del Garda

we had the Augusta Apartment Pros: Superb location, private access to the beach, 5 min walk from center desenzano, friendly and efficient staff, speaks perfect english. Good wi-fi. payment receipt sent to personal email. fully equipt apartment, including washing machine, Dishwasher, kitchen tools etc. we had a roomy Balcony, beautifull view to Garda lago. limited parking area, it's free if you find available space and put the hotel logo on car front window (get it from reception). nice little pool with lawn area to sunbathe Cons: limited reception hours, we arrived late at 20:00, it was closed, called the owner, he arrived in 15 min and gave us the keys. the extra Double Sofa Bed for children was squeaky and moderate comfy our friends booking wasn't registered in reception computer, they got a replacement room instead. contact reception and make sure it's reserved for you. it's apartment hotel - you get Supplies of soap, dishwasher capsules etc..for 1 day, if you stay longer, buy additional in near supermarket.

Bad experience

Our stay in Miralago was unfortunately really bad. The place itself was nice, but we had no hot water and no air conditioning in the middle of August throughout our entire stay. We were promised several times a refund, being told that the accounting team was already working on it, which never happened. The refund promises were always made over the phone, which is very convenient for them. After several attempts to resolve the matter by phone, no refund was ever processed. Complains were made by email and WhatsApp without any response, which is why I have to write this review. Unfortunately, I will never book again with the Wonderful Italy chain, and I do not recommend anyone to do so.

Et billigt men dårligt valg.

Lejligheden var beliggendende i kælderen, hvilket jo egentlig er OK, bortset fra at hele kælderen var fuktig og lugtede afskyeligt. Rengøringen var ikke at prale af, der manglede belysning på toilettet, opvaskemaskinen var defekt og i det hele taget var det langt fra hyggeligt. På terrassen var nogle store lysarmaturer tændt natten igennem, hvilket igen medførte masser af myg. Ialt ikke noget jeg vil anbefale til andre og naturligvis kommer jeg der ikke igen.

Leider war unser Zimmer verschmutzt. Unter anderem war der Henkel für die Terrasse abgerissen. Dann Expedia sind wir auf einen Nenner gekommen. Ohne Expedia wäre dies mit dem Hotel Personal nicht möglich gewesen.

Posto davvero delizioso curato in quasi tutti i dettagli e con una piscina meravigliosa. Un plus la vista su lago e piscina. Anche sulla pulizia nulla da dire. Ho alloggiato in un monolocale al secondo piano, appartamento numero 16 Domitilla. Comoda la presenza di: lavatrice con capsule detergenti, phon, lavastoviglie con detersivo a disposizione, detersivo piatti e spugna, macchinetta caffè Nespresso, microonde, piano a induzione e pentolame. Armadio sufficientemente capiente e varie mensole per appoggiare le proprie cose. Tavolino con due sedie, TV, divano letto e terrazzino con tavolino e stendino. Tutto ciò che serve per qualche giorno di vacanza. Spiaggia con accesso riservato. Cosa non mi è piaciuto: Attenzione: presente un gradino molto alto non adatto a persone con difficoltà motorie. Letto, come ho fatto presente in reception, davvero scomodo e cigolante. In bagno presa per il phon non funzionante e asse del wc traballante. Poche capsule del caffè a disposizione (4 per 4 giorni) ma tuttavia quando ho chiesto, mi è stata data una capsula in più.

Die Zimmer im Unteren geschoss sind leider nicht schön zu Bewohnen. Gardinen waren alle dreckig Duschkabine eine Katastrophe. Einige Zimmer sind hatten auch Feuchtigkeit an den Wänden was zu Schimmel vorbeugt. Ansonsten habe ich nichts zu bemängeln.

Et nydelig sted

Fint leilighetshotell, fantastisk beliggenhet rett ved boardwalken langs Gardasjøen med bare 5 minutters rusletur inn til sentrum med masse deilige spisesteder og fine butikker, i den nydelige byen Desenzano del Garda. Fint for familier med barn i alle aldre, også familier med unge voksne.

Det positiva var att det var bra poolområde, mycket vackert beläget vid sjön, mindre område, nära till stan och personalen var trevlig och försökte hjälpa till. Det negativa var att sängarna var stenhårda samt vi hade massor av myror på rummet. Sen var köket litet men hade anbars det man behövde.

Dejligt centralt beliggende ferielejlighed med skøn udsigt og altan. Da det er lejlighed er der ikke rengøring under opholdet eller skift af linned. Til gengæld er der både vaskemaskine/tumbler og i køkkenet opvaskemaskine, ovn og komfur. Venligt personale i receptionen. Der er pool på hotellet men Lake Garda er ikke rigtig badeegnet lige der.
