"This was a perfect location for our trip to Lake Garda. We had a car so it was easy to access Desenzano historic centre, grocery stores and train station. The property was quiet and had good parking. Unfortunately our rental was too big to get it easily into the underground parking but there was plenty of on-street free parking during out trip in June."

"The owner was very helpful, I asked for a kettle and there was one waiting when we got there. She checked everything was ok , after we had done self checkin and check out. The location is a further out than we expected, we knew it wasn’t near the lake, but there was nothing near by , you definitely need a car … Fridge in room , and a microwave in the hall for everyone to use . It’s above a pizza restaurant , so you can eat there some nights ( wasn’t open Tuesday) but it was over the weekend....

"Insgesamt eine ganz niedliche Unterkunft. Minuspunkte aber gibt’s für die Umgebung. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Straße, wo die Autos im Affentempo vorbei rasen, direkt daneben hinter Gebüsch verlaufen die Bahngleise, die Züge fahren oft, schnell und bis in die Nacht. Es ist extrem laut. Abends draußen sitzen macht daher nicht soviel Spaß. Da es nur ein Fenster/Tür gibt, ist die Wohnung recht dunkel."

Great location - a short walk from the train station, only 2 mins walk from ferries & main streets, tucked down a quiet side street away from any traffic or street noise. Breakfast was excellent (a nice range of foods & good coffee machine) & all staff were friendly and polite. The 24hr check-in was very convenient for us as our plane was delayed and we ended up arriving close to midnight!"

This was my second stay here and hope to return. Delightful"

Breakfast was a massive highlight of our stay. The selection was vast, beautifully presented, and constantly refreshed with high-quality, delicious options. Instead of instant dispensers, all hot drinks were freshly brewed to perfection by attentive staff. The service throughout the hotel was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and will definitely be returning!"
