"This was a very comfortable unit. Quite neighborhood. Within a few minutes to Beale Street! Everything was clean and well supplied with everything you would need, with the exception of food. A bit of snafu on entering the home, but I do not have email on my phone. The owner arrived within 3 minutes of a phone call. He was great!"

"Great location in downtown Memphis if you are looking to be within walking distance of amazing restaurants and Beale Street. The playground along the river is great for kids. Had some questions for the property manager prior to arrival that were not responded to in a timely manner. All in all, a good place for us to stay."

"It wasn’t quite what I was expecting, not for photos or listing… because the house itself is cute. You can tell the owner cares about the property and guests. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but we didn’t have any problems. The security system and cameras did help ease the worry. The owner is quick to respond and very nice and helpful. "The unit was cute and well supplied with bedding, towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dish soap. The router was in a different building on the property but not accessible by us. The TV and reboots were ridiculous and we still couldn't get any TV even with great assistance from the property employee. Door locks were very tricky to get them to lock and unlock. There weren't any towel bars in the bathroom so towels had to be put over the shower curtain rod. Lighting in the bathroom could...

"This is the second time my son and I have stayed at this property to fish. The location is convenient. The cabin is comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners are easy to reach and overly accommodating. Would recommend it without reservation."
