⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Stay at The Exchange Hotel, Beaconsfield We had a fantastic two-night stay at The Exchange Hotel. Gavin, the owner, was incredibly accommodating, and we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade. The room was excellent, the bed was sooo comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely and clean. From arrival to our reluctant departing we had a lovely stay at Peppers. The architecture is modern and open plan and very spacious, The staff were friendly and couldn't do more to make sure we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The restaurant also was of high caliber and our evening meal and subsequent breakfast were delicious. Situated on the water the views of the surrounds are lovely, walking and exploring. Thanks to all for this surprising gem in our touring of Tassie.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Only one tiny problem when one side of the electric blanket didn't work but then that can happen anywhere. There were extra blankets so we were able to be warm. We reported it and management were going to fix it straight away. Great atmosphere and facilities, and we enjoyed the "away from the city" environment. It is nice there are still affordable places to stay for families.

Quiet location and there's always the chance of seeing small marsupials at night

The only thing was our bed. It was huge & inviting but just not that comfortable

Our little house had everything we need. Electric Blankets, washing machine & Dryer which is fantastic when you have been on the road traveling . About 2 km down the road was a yummy Fish & Chip shop too.

This is a colonial cottage but has all the 21st century facilities. The village of Westbury and Deloraine are well worth a visit.

I had an amazing recent experience at Waratah on York Hotel! The cleanliness and safety measures in place were truly commendable, creating a comfortable and worry-free environment. The friendly staff added an extra layer of warmth to the stay, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience.

I was not sure what to expect but I was delighted to check into a room that is clean, comfortable and has a beautiful view. Was really happy with everything and communication was great. The only downside was I had to carry my luggage up 2 flight of stairs and it was hard when you travel alone and had a heavy luggage. If I knew, I would request for ground floor. But other than that, I am pretty happy and would definitely recommend this place.

Friendly staff, nice place, budget price, most of all, it is the hotel has most facilities I ever stayed, oven, microwave, hair dryer and even a private laundry!
