"Although the room was clean, the bathroom was so tiny. There was no place to hang towels (which we were only given 2 in total for a 4 day trip-I did have to reach out on day 3 for clean towels and the manager was very attentive and immediately brought us some). The exterior and pool area of the property are need of some love. As a VRBO property I don’t think a tip envelope should be put out when there is a hefty cleaning service through VRBO and we were responsible to even put the trash out....

"The property was perfect, location was wonderful, beautiful sound views, pool area was nice, ocean directly across the street, close to either Nags Head or Hatteras. The bed was good, supplies were adequate. Only disappointment was it was not very clean. The placed had been semi wiped down, beds made, however floors were dirty, area rug was dirty (needs replacement). The HVAC vents were disgustingly FILTHY. I ended up cleaning the place myself given we were there for a month.The place if...
