Beach Front Condo Two Pools and Hot Tub!

Beach front condo at the Croatan Surf Club! Centrally located on the OBX in Kill Devil Hills. The beach is only steps away from your room, outdoor pool & hot tub OPEN 4/15/25 - 10/31/25, indoor pool & hot tub open year round, fitness center, outside balcony w/view of the ocean, & ocean front gazebo w/ patio furniture. Free parking for 3 cars.

Our condo isn’t directly facing the ocean but has a side view from the balconies. There’s a pullout couch if needed.

This is a top floor unit single floor 1500sqft condo with 3 bed rooms (2 king beds and a queen)and 3 full bathrooms. Full kitchen & living room. Cable TV, WIFI, linens, towels, & washer/dryer are included.

What’s provided:
- 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom
- 1 roll of paper towels
- bath towels and hand cloths
- sheets for beds
- dishwashing pods
- 2 beach chairs and a umbrella
- 3 beach towels

What to bring:
- coffee (either ground or Keurig cups)
