Hi,Your reservation in Expedia didn't transfered into our reservation system, which is why we couldn't find it. In any case, we were able to give you a room at the same rate you booked online.As you stayed in the same section the previous week, we may have assumed that you remembered how to get to the room. The Wifi information is written down in the keyholder.Best regards.
