"This was my 3rd visit to this resort. We were met with the same amazing customer service as always and it continued throughout our stay. We noticed a few differences from previous years, and some aspects were pleasantly the same. Food: almost all really good food, as usual. The Steakville restaurant is one to avoid. A good cut of beef has proven to be hard to find at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. The other restaurants were really good and had lots of variety. It is definitely best to make your reservations as quickly as you can upon arrival for the best dinner choices. Room: The room was quite dated but comfortable. We were told upon arrival that we were being given an upgrade (both rooms that we booked), but they were clearly the rooms we paid for so I'm not sure why that was even mentioned. Grounds: The building and grounds are kept so so clean; this property is really an amazing little gem in the jungle surrounded by lush greenery and lots of different wildlife. Overall we loved it. Still hate fighting for a beach/pool chair but that is a problem everywhere it seems. Resorts need to develop a fair system for that. We saw several towels on chairs all day and no people on them. Shoutout to the two wonderful ladies that were working in the buffet restaurant by the pool. Made us feel so special every time we arrived!"

"Jan was the best. He made sure he told me everything I needed to know about my stay. Including any extra things from Expedia. And Edgar was also great as a host and made our dinner for my sister personable and it made her feel special on her birthday. Thank you Jan. Thank you staff. Me, my sister, my brother in law, and my nephew enjoyed it all"

"Yes the ocean was visible from our room. I had paid for the garden veiw, the room wasnt ready and apparently they had some cancelations we were comped. Problem was the two double beds. There is no shuttle offered by the resort. Be aware of the extreem prices up to 300us. Theres an independent taxi service. Down load the indrive app, theres no uber. If you dont use indrive you will pay hundreds in trasportation costs. The waiters are totally unenthusiastic, and way not hardly enyone tips them. "

"My 2nd time at particular resort. I have a feeling that resort is little bit in ‘saving mode’. Felt like food was better previous time, and booze was higher end, less alacarte options included (only 3 vs 6)😎 No birthday gifts of recognition from hotel this time. Overall still great pace to go. Staff was awesome, very clean resort, spotless comparing to other places I have seen. I walked in several neighborhood hotels as well, and should say that Bahía Príncipe Tulum was still the right choice. "

"Rooms - very clean, well maintained, no issues with broken things or rusted out showers etc. Staff - polite and quiet, when you need help they are all willing to assist. Front desk assistance will ways try and sell you on "extra" stuff thag you do NOT need and you need to be firm when saying no youre not interested. Pool/Beach - clean, safe, lots of seating (get out early for a chair though because they go quickly). Beach is the reason we come, zero sargasum seaweed because of the net across the enterance on the man made inlet of water. A lot of fish swimming around which is awsome for kids and adults to see, crabs, turtles as well. Lots of trees for shade also. Food - Average, nothing fancy, buffets could be a bit better in food selelction but zero issues Overall a great resort, especially for families on a budget, would recommend to anyone!"

"We stayed at the Bahía Coba resort which is basic tier of the resorts. The beds were very stiff and the buffet food was decent. Although, there was little communication on how to book the private restaurants for the week that we stayed."
