"I visited for my birthday Fantastic place!! The ambiance , customer service , and the food was GREAT! I stayed at the adults only resort however they have other sister resorts that we had access to. The place does require a lot of walking due to so much that it offers but they provide golf carts to chauffeur us around the property and to the other resort. Great place for a romantic and luxurious experience and for family as well. "

Juan with guest services made the trip, he was extremely attentive and booked all our dinner reservations for us. He checked in with us daily and was always there to answer our questions. "We recently stayed at this beautiful resort in the Riviera Maya and overall had a wonderful experience. The check-in process with Armando was smooth and welcoming, he was friendly, efficient, and very courteous. He went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs, which made a great first impression. Thank you Expedia for the welcome packet left in our room and for the pass to the neon foam party. This was one of the biggest highlights. Our room was excellent, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. The entertainment team was fantastic, bringing so much energy and fun to the resort. The area that could use improvement is the dining and bar service. While the buffet food itself was decent, there was no food variety. With a little more focus in this area, the overall experience would be exceptional. Despite that, we’re happy with our stay and would consider returning in the future."
