"We had a terrible stay. No one knows how to answer a question correctly and people just point to each other until you’re annoyed enough to call corporate. Then corporate says there should be on site manager. Never heard of it the whole time were there. We were charged TWICE for our stay and no one can tell us why or advise on how to help. We will obviously be calling our bank, but the disregard, gaslighting, and unprofessionalism has stained our family vacation. Have the day you deserve."

"Loved the house and the location for a family get together in Duluth! A cute dairy shop within walking distance was a hit for the kids to get ice cream! Walking trails nearby were also unexpected but a nice surprise. Home was well stocked, clean and communication with the owners was impeccable. We would definitely come back again!
