"This was our 2nd stay at the Rice Inn. This room was better as we had a broken chair last visit, there was a stain on the bath (looked like a cigarette burn). The bed was in better condition and comfy. We liked that the rooms have a fridge and microwave. Since this was our 2nd stay, we came prepared with some food items to heat up and eat. Restaurants are very limited unless you drive 20min to Sutherlin or Oakland. The best stop going North is Roseberg. Parking was easy and staff were friendly."

"The pillow covers looked like they weren't changed,there was hair on the pillow,on the towel in the bathroom and ice tray was very dirty.The back of the toilet was also dirty. TV didn't work. Other than that it was OK"
