"Room.was cleaned but they have mouse in room making noise room no 701. And then after my complaint they shifted to 1218. In that room ac fan is making noise. I.dont know how they maintain rooms. And after the complaint no reaction. Pathetic."

After reaching the hotel, I was informed that the room could not be provided and there was confusion regarding the payment status. "Worst Ramada hotel I have been too. The property has not be taken care of. The bathroom were mouldy. Bedroom had so many mosquitoes , when asked for an all out. They said they didn’t have any available. Considering all the all outs were being used by other rooms the owner knows their is problem. So why not get more all out and also get pest control. I have stayed at many Ramada hotels, this is definitely the worst one. This place is ruining Ramada’s reputation. the breakfast was below average."

"On arrival, I was told the government didn't allow me to stay in the building as a foreigner. Instead of the place I'd picked for being 2 minutes from the metro with "deluxe" in the title, I was assigned to another "Shri Sai Guest House" that would only be 11 minutes from the metro if the gravelly road to it weren't clogged by crazed traffic and my phone and I didn't have to keep working hard to find it. It had no shower, no toilet paper, and hot and cold water only available through separate taps. I could feel every spring of the mattress. The window let in a mosquito that never let me sleep."
