"Paradise for sure in this house. Ocean view daily, sunset at dusk, moonlight on the water nightly .You check in to a charming decor.Kitchen spotless, organized essentials in cabinets and drawers. Even a china cabinet with elegant china to entertain upscale guests!Bathroom s gleaming. Comfy and inviting beds and pillows.The deck and it's furniture draws you outside from break fast to sunset...and after.The best vacation experience on the beach in California.Completed our second year. Will reserve for next summer."

"We had a wonderful stay with our family at this property —the house was beautiful and clean, and the oceanfront views were incredible. We loved being able to see and hear the beach from nearly every room and found it to be a great home base for exploring Santa Barbara and the surrounding area. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Absolutely the right spot if you want to be right on the water with the peace & tranquility it comes with. Not close to shops and sightseeing but perfect location between Santa Barbara & Ventura. The furnishings are a little outdated but the view and sounds of the ocean certainly make up for it. I think we have found our "Go To" vacation spot."

"We chose this house for a family reunion and celebration of my husband‘s 85th birthday. Our family ranges in age from 15 to 85, one family branch coming from San Diego and the other one from Camarillo. We just had a short drive from Ventura. The house was fantastic. Beautiful right on the ocean lots of room indoors and out. The beds were comfortable the living spaces were open and gave us lots of options for reading, playing games, watching TV. We also enjoyed the outdoor area very much. The barbecue was a little small, but it worked for cooking some of our meals, Some of our family really enjoyed the hot tub. And we roasted marshmallows under the stars by the fire pit. The two master bedrooms are spectacular with Florida ceiling French windows that open completely.The neighborhood is quiet and gated. Sunny Days, the property manager, was very responsive when we had questions. We were very impressed with their service. We all had a fantastic time and would love to return."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family, spanning three generations, always loves spending time together at the beach. This was our fourth year renting this house, and we enjoy both the location and how well it suits our needs. While the property is older and lacks some modern conveniences such as an ice maker or garbage disposal, it’s well-maintained. Cruz is great to work with, and we’ll definitely be back. :)"

"The website is deceiving. The bedroom with the bunk beds and full size bed is small. Therefore it gets very waarm in that room at night with 4 peole sleeping in a small space. There should be black out shades for the windows in that bedroom as there are street lights shining into that room at night. We had to get cardboard and pillows to try to block the light coming in. The pool is long and narrow. Didn't expect that from the website pictures. Otrherwise the house is bright, cheerful and clean."
