"The location is incredible. Not much can beat right there on the coast. The home is a little older than the pictures presented. My biggest issue was that the man gate to the house doens't shut because of shifting. It made me feel a little unsafe the first nights because we had to sleep with open windows since there isn't any air conditioning. For the right person, it would be really easy to get into the home through the man gate, down the sidewalk to the back gate, and right in the house. The area is, however, in a very safe place so I probably shouldn't have been worried. It just feels concerning to be in a new area and "unlocked" all of the time."
