"The property was just as described on the website. Our family loved the overall vibe. Crystals in the home, calming interior and the serene backyard provided a peaceful setting. The single story makes for easy access for mobility challenges. Providing tips in the informtion book on starting the oven and dishwasher would be helpful. Kara was prompt in reponding to questions that arose. A very comfortable, pleasant stay. We will keep this on our list of homes to revisit. Thank you, Kara."

"Very cute property at the end of a quiet street that abuts a hill. It’s very peaceful, you can hear crickets at night. The unit is enclosed by a gate and feels very secure and private for being basically an ADU I’d guess. We really enjoyed it and would stay again."

"I give the place 4 stars only because we had plumbing problems the first night in the main bathroom. We could not use the toilet or shower. Also the internet/streaming did not work on the tv. After reporting the problems, the host sent a plumber and technician to fix the internet the next day. Bathroom was resolved, but internet/tv never quite worked properly. It actually turned out fine because we played games all night instead! Loved the location. Minutes from the beach by walking!"

"Omg! What a delightful place to stay. The owner has curated the place in the most charming, efficient and comfortable way. The attention to detail was noticed. From the complimentary local tea, organic creamers in fridge and spice collection to the heated patio, comfortable beds, and spacious set up!!!! We were 4 adult women concerned the space would be too small for us but it was the contrary. Square footage was small but the high ceilings, open air concept and furniture layout felt much larger. The owner was very communicative and went out of her way to answer questions about where we could purchase the lovely items in her property. (We wanted to replicate everything at our homes). Definitely recommend this location for anyone wanting to feel that the owner really cared. "
