Hotel Des Arts Paris Montmartre

"Wow!! Such a charming hotel located in a beautiful neighborhood. We received a map of the area with important landmarks which we had fun navigating! Rooms were clean as were the bathrooms. Staff were more than accommodating, especially Jose and the young lady who was at the front desk in the morning (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name). They arranged transportation as well as suggestions for restaurants. Perfect place to stay for a first time visitor to Paris!! Many, many thanks to all at Hotel des Arts for a very memorable visit!!"

"Perfect location, staff we encountered were great, on the downside there was nowhere to get a drink, the room lacked an iron and board. The only bedside lamp in the room you could only switch off by pulling the plug out!"

"The hotel is quant and clean. The atrium is beautiful. The people are very friendly and helpful. Service is 100/10. Only issue, the elevator was out of order. The staff carried our luggage up the stairs to 2nd floor."

"Great View, close to Arc trains and taxis were convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mall next door has a pharmacy and Grocery market. Breakfast was well prepared. Would recommend for first time there. Stay was enjoyable. 5 stars all the way. Best Regards from Dr. JayS"

"I chose this property for its recent high rise construction making it more soundproof and comfortable air conditioning and other amenities. I also chose it for the rooftop bar and I was disappointed it was closed for renovations but no mention on website or booking which would have made a difference since I could have stayed at another citizen M or another Marriott hotel."

"The hotel is clean and well maintained our room was comfortable and loved our very large balcony overlooking Eiffle Tower. We didn't like that it was a shared balcony with the room next door. We do recommend the breakfast buffet, many selections and food was very good. We did eat at the restaurant/ bar and room service as well and were very pleased with the food. Our only complaint was there is no soundproofing from room to room. We heard every conversation even unzipping of luggage at all hours of day and night."
