The breakfast options were good and had all the usual items like bagels, bread, make-your-own waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruits, yogurt, chocolate milk, coffee, and more. The location is convenient, close to many restaurants within walking distance, and right off a busy highway. Would definitely consider staying longer next time if we get another opportunity to visit Rochester."

"Room was dirty. My room didn’t have a refrigerator, phone, microwave, hairdryer, soap, or shampoo. The staff member I dealt with was less than helpful and rude. I would not recommend staying here to anybody. Ever."

"It was cold breakfast. When I was getting coffee putting in creamer to coffee cup, because the creamer bottle plumper was tight, I was pushing it a little slow, the staff was passing by said ‘yeah take your time’ nothing wrong with that phrase, but I felt embarrassed because she wasn’t face me to say that, she was talking loudly to other guests sitting there… I will not stay there again."
