"Immaculate room beautiful standards and amazing breakfast decor stunning too. The view over the mountains from our terrace was beautiful we could see the Watz mountain. The terrace was also private and the sound proofing on the room was very impressive "

"Unforgettable hotel! From the moment you get to the gate it feels like a fairy tail with so much character, arts, history- just such a unique experience. Great service, good breakfast, spacious rooms. Although not in the center of historical Salzburg, so car is needed. Getting around on foot with 2 kids was challenging... Big room, good enough for family of 4. Take at least half of day to enjoy the walks around the buildings, near the lake and in the palace - it makes all the difference.The views at the frozen lake, and everything covered in snow is just breathtaking. We really enjoyed our stay, it was the highlight of the vacation. "
