"While checking in, it didn't feel like I was a priority of any kind. My key card was wrong and the staff person that made the error never apologized. Another staff member apologized, but she did nothing wrong. Elevator shakes and doesn’t feel like it’s working correctly. Mold in the bathroom. Room was clean though. Did not have breakfast, so I can’t say anything about that. Checkout, the staff was much nicer, different group. Cleaning staff were nice and friendly. "
