"This was a large house with a great outdoor space. The cooling/ac was a little wonky and there were some minor issues that never really got fixed (there were no outdoor trash bins), but can’t really complain for what we needed the house for."

"Overall great location, if I could make a few recommendations, the window shades in the bedrooms are not dark enough, there were Numerous small black ants in the kitchen. The king size room with attached bathroom on 3rd floor, friends said tub drained slow. Bathroom on second floor, Friends said sink drained slow. The doors front and back were not able to be locked, back door was easier to unlock, garage door was fine."

"We stayed here while visiting family in Nashville. Location was convenient and house was very clean. Appreciate how everything was labeled and had clear instructions. Yard was great for our dog. Wish the Kcup worked without clogging but that was our only negative. Owner has thought of many wonderful touches. Would definitely stay here again."

"We had a great time at this property for a spring break vacation with the whole family. It was a very clean and spacious property. We were close to most of the Nashville attractions. Our only minor inconvenience was parking. The street fills up fast and our second parking spot was occupied most of the time."

"This property worked perfectly for our family of four. Gave our adult sons their own space and bathroom, while my husband and I had our own room and bathroom. Close enough to downtown for a reasonable Uber cost. We played 3 of the public golf courses and all were within a short drive. So much nicer to stay where you have all the amenities of home than in a single room hotel for a similar price."

"Overall our stay was great. Close enough to walk back and forth to downtown and several watering holes in the neighborhood.The only reason the cleanliness was lower than a five is because all your silk plants are very dusty, like its been a while since they were cleaned and baseboards had dust bunnies on them. No dish towel for wiping counters or tables and the vegetable crisper froze some stuff. Salt and pepper would have been nice to have and maybe an assortment of board games too. Otherwise...

"This home was perfect for our needs. Away from the hustle and bustle, yet convenient to downtown Nashville. The decor was perfection. Just a heads up: One room didn’t provide privacy due to clear glass doors and owners do have a cat so for people allergic to cats be aware! It was overall cleaned well but I still had to take allergy meds. Definitely recommend staying here."

"This was the first place I thought of when we were coming back to Nashville as we stayed there last year. I was glad it was available. It did not disappoint, easy check-in, very clean and comfortable. We will be back next year."

"Layout was fantastic. Having bathrooms in every bedroom was great. Neighborhood was nice, right across from an elementary school, by the men’s soccer field but not with in walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, stores, ect. Cleaning crew missed a couple important areas, 2 of the 3 beds were noisy and only had 1 nightstand, the worse for a woman shampooing, conditioning and shaving in the shower was the terrible water pressure in the showers on the third floor."

"We stayed in Nashville for my daughter to receive her treatments from Vanderbilt and loved the location, the property, the space is perfect to rest in and a short drive to Vanderbilt Green Hills local. We stay again!"

"The property location was very convenient-we were able to walk to Broadway, the museums and the Ryman Auditorium. The apartment was very spacious. We found the "self check in" process a bit cumbersome (we had trouble with the keypad mechanism) but there was an attendant at the desk to assist. The parking (downloading an app, uploading pics of drivers license) was also a bit cumbersome, but once completed, it worked well and the parking was very convenient. "Elevators - hard to operate for most guests Shower and bathroom sink small and no consistent with quality accommodations. TV difficult to operate. Ed pillows are tiny and not suitable for a bed. Service team is very friendly and overall views are great. Room size is fine and closets great! "

"This place was great. A friend had previously stayed and recommended. Great location that was walkable to multiple bars and the Gulch. Short Uber ride to Downtown. Our room was so spacious and even had a washer and dryer. Staff was super friendly and accommodating."
