"This is our 4th or 5th time in Chicago and this is always our go to hotel because the people are super nice and easy to get to everything you need. Priced very well too."

"Not clean - no hot water - broken ice machine - phone not working so couldn’t call the front - never a clerk at counter to even ask for help with all the issues and the breakfest was very lack luster - they didn’t clean room for next night even with us requesting it - I always stay at holiday expresses because they had always been so nice this one in hillside Il was down right terrible! "
