"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "One of the best hotels in our Switzerland trip!! Very clean, very quiet and all amenities were top notch. The restaurant accross the street was wonderful, and the hotel is a few minutes walk from the train station and chateau chilon. Super awesome stay!"

"This is a cosy hotel located in the city centre. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated. The restaurant on the ground floor was quite busy when we arrived on Saturday night. I expect it to be popular based on the reviews. There are plenty of street parking spots in the area, but it might take a while to find one during busy times. We stayed there only one night, but we'll book again if we return to the area. "
