Gut überlegen, ob man das alles akzeptieren will
Unsere Erwartung an ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel sind schon etwas höher, als das was wir bekamen. Unseres Erachtens sollte die Bewertung herabgestuft werden, weil höchstens eine 3 annähernd gegeben sein dürfte.
1. Die Suite lag im dritten Stockwerk, ohne Aufzug.
2. Lichtschalter funktionieren einige nicht.
3. Sehr schlechte Beleuchtung. Mit LED-Lampen könnte man Strom sparen und hätte gutes Licht.
4. Für die vorhandene Kapsel-Kaffeemaschine lagen nur koffeinfreie Kapseln bereit und der Wasserbehälter war leer.
5. Kein Schrank für die Bekleidung, nur eine an zwei Drähten hängende Stange mit billigen Drahtbügeln.
6. Keine Ablage zum Auspacken, oder deponieren der Koffer.
7. Handbrause am Duscheschlauch war nicht festge- geschraubt, sodass beim ersten Hahnöffnen Wasser herumspritzte.
8. Wasser des Lavabos läuft nicht ab, weil vermutlich Ablaufsyphon verstopft. Das Lavabo verfügt zudem über keinen Sicherheits-Überlauf, sodass man aufpassen muss, dass man das Bad nicht unter Wasser setzt.
9. Ein Stuhl, welcher derart wackelt, dass man Angst bekommt, man falle zu Boden.
10. Der Tresor, immerhin hat's einen, liegt so tief unten, dass man sich hinknien muss um ihn zu bedienen.
Zum Schluss doch noch etwas erfreuliches/positives.
Die jungen Ladys an Rezeption, Bar und Service sind in hohem Masse topp. Die Herren jedoch dürften etwas aufmerksamer sein.
Die gesamte Servicebrigade ist fachlich ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich.

Wir wurden sehr Freundlich empfangen. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war, dass keine einzige Person nur ein bisschen Deutsch konnte. Ansonsten wahr alles in Ordnung. Essen war sogar super.

Personnel au top, souriant, aimable et serviable. C’est un plaisir d’avoir des personnes comme ça. Hôtel propre dans le centre-ville qui donne accès à tout autour si l’on souhaite sortir.

Chambre très petite non climatisée, fenêtre ouverte à notre arrivée laissant pénétrer la chaleur. Bruit intense du restaurant en bas de la chambre jusqu’à tard dans la nuit.
