"We stayed for a week in the Deluxe room and had an amazing stay. The room was large and the bed was a kingsize. The pool and area around it was clean and well kept and the sun loungers we're like beds so very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't the best but there was plenty of options. The hotel is well located with the old town and beaches being a few minutes walk away. Finally the hotel staff were all really friendly. If we were to return to Rhodes I would definitely stay here again."

"Wonderful Staff, great amenities and dining options. the mentality behind the establishment it to let the guests feel comfortable and enjoy their time. Quality of food is top, and drinks are top bar quality. And after we checked out, as our flight was in the evening, we were told that we can use the facilities until we leave. It was our second time in Rhodes, and will be back again for sure to Mitsis hotels either this one or another one"

"We had the best time here. The hotel is lovely and clean and they really go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is lovely and theres a huge selection. Great location, minutes walk to the harbour and the old town and supermarkets across the road. Thanks for having us, you really made our holiday to Rhodes special."

"Excellent customer service! Got upgraded to a lovely corner room. Great breakfast included in price, nice pool. Only negatives were no mugs in room (given paper cups), drains smelt but then foreign drains can be like that and wet room bathroom got drenched (again, it’s the design but meant you couldn’t go on the bathroom after a shower for ages)."

"We only stayed 1 night on our way to another Island. The room was very spacious, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the bathroom was also big with a great shower. Unfortunately our balcony ( room 401) was only half the size of all the other rooms. The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was good."

"This was probably the best hotel I've stayed at over the many trips to Rhodes. The room was very nice and had balcony and there was an excellent big buffet breakfast. I was not troubled with noise which is mentioned in other reviews. The location was perfect for walking to the old Crusader era fortified city."
