"Wonderful Staff, great amenities and dining options. the mentality behind the establishment it to let the guests feel comfortable and enjoy their time. Quality of food is top, and drinks are top bar quality. And after we checked out, as our flight was in the evening, we were told that we can use the facilities until we leave. It was our second time in Rhodes, and will be back again for sure to Mitsis hotels either this one or another one"

"The hotel was stunning and all the staff were lovely and very accommodating. The food could have been a bit better as it was the same food every night. The caprice a la carte was amazing the food was excellent. The downfall of the hotel is the pools they are absolutely freezing. The weather was amazing but the pool water was just too cold. "

"The room are modern and clean, staff service is extremely high where ever you go they are happy to help. Loads of dining options and food is tasty and service is prompt. We were two families of 4 people each and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Can't recommend enough."

"Since it is the beginning of the off season, there was plenty of parking. The room was great, check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and very responsive to any and all of our requests."

"Amazing. I was here with my wife for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We went during half-term so there were a lot of kids but it was fine. The place is so huge that there are still plenty of quiet areas. The spa with a pool, hot tub (that could of been a little hotter), steam room and sauna were fantastic. The food options were great and I really loved the choice. You have to book the other restaurants before you arrive because I couldn’t get into any of them. Download the H club app before you get there. The entertainers where first class. They worked hard and brought such great vibes to the place. I wish them all the best in their future careers. Overall first class service, all the staff were so helpful and kind. I would recommend to anyone. "

"Helpful staff, loads of Sun loungers on the beach which was good. Very good range of choice for the breakfast. Tennis courts and crazy golf. Bus stop directly outside- reliable bus service every 20mins to Rhodes town and Falaraki- other than that there’s nothing really around the hotel apart from other hotels all along the road "
