I stayed here for 4 nights staff are pleasant. Rooms very basic but worth the price. Good location with the beach and faliraki town centre with restaurants shops and bars being only a 10 minute walk away.

Great location 5 minutes walk to the beach 10 minutes to the main strip of Falaraki, supermarket just round the corner, the host Vasilis was brilliant immediately sent me links to all restaurants and tourist spots on what’s app and you could message anytime on that if you had a query or problem

The best example of true Greek hospitality

This is a family run hotel. The generosity, warmth, and overall helpfulness from all of them was the highlight of my already great holiday in Greece. The rooms are kept immaculate. The family: Nikos, Maria, and Billy couldn't have been more helpful. They went out of their way to make my stay in Rodos a highlight. The location is an easy walk to the beach. I would recommend this to everyone.

Camera piccola, ma comoda, silenziosa e pulita. Giusto qualche piccolo dettaglio da rivedere. Personale gentile e disponibile. Buffet della colazione giusto nelle quantità, migliorabile leggermente nella varietà. Spiaggia carina raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti, in circa 10/15 minuti si arriva alla zona dei bar/ristoranti Molto vicino alla strada principale che collega Lindos e Rodi, ma in una via tranquilla e silenziosa. In generale ci siamo trovati bene considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo. P.s. Attenzione solo all'aria condizionata che non è compresa nel prezzo (sono 9 euro al giorno), ma su Expedia ciò non viene specificato.

Ich brauchte einen Platz zum schlafen und eine Dusche. Genau das hatte ich auch. Es war sehr sauber, die Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt. Der Kühlschrank, die Klimaanlage und Wasserkocher funktionierten perfekt. Wlan war gut. TV habe ich nicht genutzt. Der Balkon hat einen ausziehbaren Wäscheaufhänger. Der Besitzer Nickname Billy ist ein Schatz und hat immer geholfen und gute Tipps parat gehabt. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für mich perfekt, nicht mitten im belebten Center, welches aber in 15 Schlenderminuten gut zu erreichen war. Kleine Supermärkte direkt um die Ecke und am Strand ist man nach wenigen Minuten angekommen. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Safe. Dadurch das Billy für mich late check out arrangiert hat, konnte ich noch den kompletten Tag als Urlaub nutzen, weil ich nicht schon ab 11 Uhr blöd mit den gepackten Koffern auf den späten Abflug warten musste. Rhodos Stadt ist in ca 25 Minuten, und alle weiteren Touristenattraktionen sind von dort aus super mit den öffentlichen Bussen zu erreichen. Fazit : wer keine Luxusunterkunft braucht, sondern einen guten, sauberen Standort, der ist dort perfekt aufgehoben. Es gibt unzählige viele Möglichkeiten, um gut essen zu gehen. Auch nette Strandbars sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Bei dieser Unterkunft kann man bei dem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nichts falsch machen.

As a resort destination for those who are either working to a budget or like us, wanted a room only/self catering apartment to use as a base, Nikos Studios is just perfect. The apartments are located just a ten minute walk from the lively/bustling centre of Faliraki, and within just a couple of minutes walk of at least three beaches. The location is excellent as it is situated in a quiet area, we had a North facing apartment, so we could enjoy the beach during the day and then relax on our balcony and enjoy the sun setting over the Mountains in the evening. The rooms are light and airy and comprise of a small kitchenette area, Bedroom (twin singles), WC/Shower-room & balcony. The owner has recently installed new 32" LCD TV's and Wi-Fi is available in the property. The rooms are well maintained and both the Owner & Staff offer a warm & friendly welcome.

Perfetto soggiorno a Faliraki

Il proprietario Billy è una persona squisita e gentile, si è prodigato fin da subito per rendere la nostra vacanza più confortevole possibile. La tenda oscurante dell'appartamento faceva filtrare troppa luce, e lui ci ha offerto di spostarci al pian terreno con le persiane. I letti sono singoli ma possono essere affiancati (quello del piano terra di più). Gli appartamentini sono piuttosto grandi e confortevoli: noi abbiamo soggiornato 9 giorni e non ci siamo sentiti stretti. Fornito frigorifero con cella freezer, stoviglie, piastra e bollitore. Il bagno ha il piatto doccia ma rialzato, con la tenda non si rischia di fare un lago se si sta attenti come capitatoci in altri posti. Tutte le stanze hanno un balcone o un piccolo giardino con lo stendino, utile per asciugare costumi e teli. La posizione è ottima: vicinissimo al centro di Faliraki, ma abbastanza spostato dal caos per garantire sonni silenziosi e tranquilli. Non c'è una reception, ma il proprietario lascia tutte le chiavi e si rende sempre disponibile via WhatsApp. Per il parcheggio si può lasciare l'auto tranquillamente sulla strada. Tutte le camere hanno cassaforte e condizionatore, quest'ultimo davvero silenzioso e funzionante. Consiglio questa struttura senza dubbio

My friend and I spent here the last week and I must say that Billy and the others were great, kind and always available.The room was alright and clean, the only thing that we did not like was the shower (a bit old and small) but everything else was perfectly fine! The position is not bad.. 10 min walk to Faliraki and Faliraki beach, there is also a bus stop nearby so it is possible to go to Rodhes (20 min) and Lindos (40 min) by bus.

Une semaine à Rhodes

L'hôtel est propre avec un personnel très agréable et disponible pour vous. Les chambre sont très propre, nettoyé tout les jours, dispose d'un petit coin cuisine et d'une climatisation Le seul point faible, il n'y a pas de télé mais cela ne nous a pas déranger vu les nombreuses choses qu'il y a à faire et à voir et la douche est petite.. Il est situé a 5 Minutes du centre Ville où vous avez accès à une plage avec beaucoup de petits magasin et restaurants. Je vous recommande fortement cette îles et cet hôtel !

Super locatie en nette en schone studio.

De studio was schoon en netjes. De eigenaar aardig en behulpzaam. Locatie perfect, net iets buiten de drukke winkelstraat en dichtbij het strand. Toen we weg gingen heeft de zoon van de eigenaar Billy ons nog een souvenir gebracht en ons afgezet bij de boot.
