"Very good, very pleased with our 3 night stay. Location brilliant for restaurants cafes, bars and shops. Very close to the bus pick up and drop off (9). Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well large enough for the 3 of us. Wide choice of food for breakfast. Being critical, the shower was difficult to get the setting just right. It was slow to respond so one got it too hot or too cold. Although the breakfast was excellent it was identical each morning. Just a few changes each day would have been good ie swap the strawberry skye to another flavour or different cheeses. Well pleased thank you"

The guys at reception were enthusiastically helpful; we got a lot out of our only 2 day stay in Reykjavik, and it all went smoothly thanks to their advice. The lounges were very comfortable, the library had some great titles, and the Fisk in a Pan at restaurant was to die for. "

"Exceptional staff...friendly and helpful. Bar offered a limited selection of food but nachos were huge and delicious. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with the variety and quality of food. Able to store our luggage easily for late day departure. Id stay here again without a doubt!"
