Introducing Villa Serenity Vista, nestled in the tranquil Agia Triada village near Rethymno, this recently constructed villa offers breathtaking views of the Cretan sea and surrounding landscape, conveniently located just 5 km from a sandy beach, providing an ideal retreat for exploring the island's natural beauty, including the nearby Agios Antonios Gorge starting just 800 meters away.



Villa Serenity Vista boasts expansive outdoor spaces spanning 370 m2, inviting guests to relax and rejuvenate amidst the clear sky and summer breeze. The charming garden, adorned with stone walls, lush plants, and flowers, creates a serene environment. The highlight is the impressive 25 m2 private swimming pool, with depths ranging from 0.70 to 1.5 meters, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun. The pool terrace, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, offers ample opportunities for sunbathing, while BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining table provide the perfect setting for al fresco dining with stunning countryside views.



Spanning 115 sq. m., Villa Serenity Vista accommodates up to 8 guests across two levels, making it ideal for families or large groups of friends. Decorated in light colors, the villa exudes a cozy atmosphere. The ground floor features an open-plan living area with leather sofas and an open fireplace, offering direct access to the pool terrace and boasting breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Adjacent to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide ample space for preparing and enjoying meals together. A few steps above, the ground floor also features a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.



Ascending to the first floor via a staircase, guests will find two additional bedrooms, each with balcony access offering shaded patio furniture under pergolas.
