"Very convenient hotel as it is located right across the train station. It's at the very top of a mall/shopping building. Has an adjoining parking garage. Parking is not free for hotel guests. "Good hotel within easy walking distance of the Shin-Osaka station with a Lawson's close by. Room was very clean, exactly as expected, and with great amenities. Breakfast was amazing, with Japanese and Western options. They also offer a section of seating after 2pm (until 10pm) with free soft drinks/coffee that you're allowed to bring in food to eat. The staff was friendly and they were able to store our luggage for us. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay."
