"This was a nice surprise. We booked it by mistake instead of the Royal Leonardo when there were no trains back to London on our planned return journey date. It was so convenient to get to the station in the morning without having to lug our suitcase through the streets or pay for a taxi. The staff were welcoming, we were warned that there might be some noise from the elevator, but we didn't find it a problem at all.
We were out and about all day, but we had dinner in the hotel and were more than happy with the selection on offer. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choice.
We would be happy to stay there again on our next Brighton visit. "

"Lovely boutique hotel within easy each of shops, restaurants and the beach. Lovely comfortable room and very friendly and courteous staff. We found a parking nearby which was convenient although not cheap at £17.50 for 24 hours. "

"They send you an email with information needed for checking in. Mine went to spam and took me a long time to locate the property then I had to call two different numbers to complete the process and finally gain access to the room.
The outside didn’t look nice but once inside the place was very nice and clean. It has everything you need. We enjoyed the balcony, and they also have a little washer that was life saver.
In general we had a great time and felt happy with the place,
I must notice that both the bed and the couch were not comfortable to sleep, both mattress were uncomfortable.
Location is a little far from the main town but transport is easy.
Love that there were many restaurants in the area. "
