"Breakfast times when busy was displayed on as board outside the breakfast room but in the morning. Can I suggest this information is displayed before breakfast is served. Then guests can organise themselves around the busy times. Stalina and the shorter dark haired lady from reception were very helpful and an asset to your hotel."

"On check in was created by Louis and he was so helpful and couldn’t do enough especially as we had arrived ahead of check in time. The room was clean and very comfortable. The hotel reception and foyer area at Christmas was lovely and very inviting. The breakfast was ok, food could be a little better. Overall though an excellent stay and will always try and book this hotel for my annual Christmas weekend away with friends. "

"They send you an email with information needed for checking in. Mine went to spam and took me a long time to locate the property then I had to call two different numbers to complete the process and finally gain access to the room. The outside didn’t look nice but once inside the place was very nice and clean. It has everything you need. We enjoyed the balcony, and they also have a little washer that was life saver. In general we had a great time and felt happy with the place, I must notice that both the bed and the couch were not comfortable to sleep, both mattress were uncomfortable. Location is a little far from the main town but transport is easy. Love that there were many restaurants in the area. "
