I really liked this hotel. Parked at the shopping centre, and walked to most places. I was travelling with my dog and the room had a little bed for the dog, very nice.

I love the property from the time I walked in I was upgraded the lovely lamb was the ladies name and she was just beautiful I just loved our stay in the whole time I’ve been using last-minute.com this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at it was wonderful and our lovely lady on the front desk lamb couldn’t do enough to help me even give me a phone charger to use while I was there it was just wonderful

Great staff really helpful
The room and facilities were good, TV was average but was passable.
Got plenty of coffee, tea and hot chocolate but if you are staying more then a day make sure to have a small milk.
Overall great experience would definitely stay again.

The hotel is in a heritage listed building and it has been restored beautifully. The Executive self-contained 1br apartment was very large and had a full range of facilities to provide an enjoyable stay. The room also had a reasonably large balcony which was lovely to sit out on even in a cold Canberra winters day & night.
The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Could not fault the facilities or the staff or the location of the hotel which is situated in the City...

Has everything that you need. Comfortable beds and chairs. Since I am getting older, I hate baths and showers in bathtubs, consequently I would love to see the bathroom upgraded to have a shower recess rather than a tub.
