"The room smelled like urine, couldn't use AC because it made the urine smell worse. The same night we arrived tired from the 8 hour drive with wife and kids, I had to request room change. We got moved to another room we're the urine smell was less intense as long as we didn't run the AC. we were supposed stay for 3 nights but only stayed two. They promised me a refund, but lied. We had stayed there in the past and it wasn't that bad."

"Stayed one night. You have what appears to be a resident/long-term guest dragging their child in the hallway in a pack-n-play crib. That raises some red flags. Then, this morning, the water in the shower absolutely would not turn on. Not rocket science to turn on water, but it would not come on. Called frt desk. Sent up maintenance. He could not get it working. Simply stated "That's strange." Really? What's strange is you place guests in rooms that don't meet basic standards... no water (hot/cold) in the shower. Don't you have even basic quality control measures before you place guests in rooms? And this hotel got a 9.2 rating. That is a joke."

"Breakfast was good. Staff were good. Rooms were clean. The automated doors that let guests in dont work. It's especially anxiety inducing when you want to get back to the hotel after dark, lets say after 10 pm, you have to knock on the doors, to get the security or front desk folks attention. They ask us to just use the access key but that doesn't work. When we told the front desk about it, they said, it does that sometimes."
