Driveway is narrow, only room for one direction either way at any time. The first room we were given smelled like smoke, but management gave us another room no questions asked. Lankershim Blvd tends to be noisy but that's not the buildings fault. Parking is adequate for a building of it's size. Otherwise you're parking on the street. A good place to get some sleep overall. Bed was noisy, so don't plan on getting wild. The whole building will know.

The convenience of the hotel location

I am on a business tour with my company and the hotel is a perfect location with so many restaurants and convenience stores made it easy and pleasant, clean rooms and comfortable quiet as well.

The staff was super nice but the surroundings were despicable. There was a throng of homeless men right across the street from the hotel and yet the city allows it bringing down the value of the neighborhood and this establishment. We were stuck with a loud couple next to us who argued nightly but the staff was notified and handled it swiftly. The cleaning lady wasn't scheduled to come daily so it was hit and miss as far as getting our room tidied up but they did provide clean towels and toilet paper daily. There was nowhere to sit in the room other than on the bed and nowhere to set down one's suitcase except for on the floor.

I don’t normally write reviews, though I have to state. This is place is awkward. When I went to check in, they needed me to give them $20 in cash in order to get my room. They didn’t charge my card or anything. They needed cash. And when I didn’t have, they just happen to have an ATM which was conviene and yet completely awkward to place me in a position where I needed to dom something not in any way needed. There were no towels in the room. Like none. None to shower with. None to dry your hands with. No towels whatsoever. The two good things, was the staff was nice, and the bed wasn’t too bad. Other then that, this hotel needs some work. A lot of work.

Not what we were expecting

The individual that helped us with check in did not seem to understand the questions we were asking and was very disengaged in the conversation. My booking was paid in full and he still tried to collect a large payment at check in. It was ultimately figured out, but was a very unprofessional experience to say the least. The room was decent, but very small in comparison to the photos and the floors needed to be swept and the shower had hair on the walls.

*****READ READ READDDDD******* PICTURES ARE A LIEEEEEE DONT BELIEVE THIS PLACE OR THESE PEOPLE AHHHHHH ⭐ 1 STAR — Absolutely Horrible Experience This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The beds were dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, and there were no clean sheets or fresh towels provided. The weather was around 100°F, and there was NO AIR CONDITIONING. Trying to stay in a filthy, hot room with no AC was completely unacceptable. On top of that, there was no TV, no WiFi, no parking, no iron, no blow dryer, and no ice available. Basic amenities that you would expect from a hotel were either missing or unavailable. This place was not worth the money at all. The cleanliness, lack of basic amenities, and complete lack of comfort made this stay miserable. I would NOT recommend staying here. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

DO NOT stay at this place! It is gross unsafe and they have a lot of stastaying on property which looked like they lived there lots of people in and out of the rooms. Even prostitution I could see and man dressed as a woman trying to get my husband to come in his room! Dirty grimy rooms not updated at all. I had to check out early I felt so unsafe. I didn't sleep the night o stayed there! The property does not look like the pictures. AVOID this place like the plague!!!
