"First the toilet clogged n wouldn’t flush. It took about 10 calls to the front desk before anyone answered. Next the bath tub wasn’t draining. I had 2 rooms for 2 nights. This all happened on the second night. I don’t recommend this hotel."

"Pool is a pain to use with having to get a players card or pay to use and waivers and so forth and is extremely small for how many guests check into this place. The buffalo tower is nicely done and room was equivalent to a 4 star hotel. "

A drool stain in one of the pillows in a perfect circle and granola crumbs IN THE MADE BED! So gross. I went to the desk about this (maybe a partial refund?), but was told, sorry, there’s nothing we can do since you booked in n a third party site (Expedia). "

After sitting in the surgical waiting room all day, it was such a wonderful surprise to be offered a bowl of hot soup to take up to our room for the night. We certainly did not feel like eating out again. "
