"Our entire stay was excellent. Starting with the staff upon arrival. They were very friendly and helpful. It's not a five star by any means. The room was clean,the towels were fresh, the bed was comfortable. The outside was well lit up, clean, and plenty of parking. All in all it was a nice stay for what we paid. We would stay there again if we ever are in that area again. Thanks to all that took care of us."

"This was my family's first time staying at a casino resort. It certainly had plenty of entertainment options and the room was fine for our needs. Once we figured out how things worked, the food options were fine and the breakfast buffet was really good. The main deterrent for me was the convoluted system for doing anything and the fact that you had to keep going through the casino. It felt like an odyssey to figure out where things were, go stand in line to get a "players card", then go to an atm-like kiosk to click buttons and get a bunch of coupons but some things were just on the card, and most were not related to the things we were trying to do. I understand the main money maker is the casino, but for a family that mainly wanted to use the resort amenities, it would have been much easier if we could have just received everything at check in along with some type of brochure with a map and instructions for how to use the amenities, instead of having to complete a self-guided training course for how to be a good gambler. On the positive side, all of the staff was really helpful, and our son enjoyed his time at the pool and arcade."

"The price was definitely right, so no complaints... you get what you pay for. The rooms could use some updating, but the shower was magnificent! I appreciated that I could get the air conditioning as low as I wanted; some hotels are preset to 70. The staff were as helpful as they could be, making sure we got connecting rooms, even though it wasn't a guarantee. The pool and hot tub were clean and so great to have available at the end of the day. Breakfast was decent with an omelet maker and waffle maker. The location was good, as well."

"The home was very comfortable and clean. There were nice amenities including coffee, but we ran out because with a big group we made 2 pots a day. The location was convenient although the whole family laughed about the concrete wall that shows up on Google maps instead of the home. About 8 trains thunder by a day, but by the 2nd day you barely notice them. There are a few safety issues if you have small children that I told the owner about, and there is definitely only 1 bathroom.Overall it's a spacious and comfortable place that is easy to enjoy."
