"Bed was pretty broke down, looking a little worn in the room. Disappointed the pool closed at 6:30. We had a problem with a poolside band at 11:00 pm, it was so loud it was vibrating our windows and floor. We could hear every word of the singer. I thought we must be on top of a nightclub. It woke us up out of a dead sleep. They wouldn’t move us to the other side of the hotel facing a different direction, said there were no rooms, but offered a room on a lower floor, still facing the pool, which made no sense for the noise problem. We were also told the band would be playing til 2:00 am. Finally after several calls, we were informed the band was moved inside. It quieted down finally. We decided to stay in the room. This sleep disturbance was really frustrating and affected our travel the next day. A positive, the pool area is beautiful, unfortunate it closes early. The rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are large and beautiful. "

"It was a very delightful experience. The staff was helpful and the food was great. I had the king suite and it was very clean but a bit run down. There was a lampshade ripped and chairs outside were cracked plastic. Not a big deal but just a bit of fixing would make the room amazing. I enjoyed my stay very much."

Everything was clear, timely, and helpful from booking through checkout, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.We were in town for a funeral, so having a spacious and welcoming place for our family to gather meant a lot. The home truly delivered. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, yet the layout also made it easy to spend time together.The amenities really stood out. The game rooms (pool table and poker table) were a big hit, and the backyard was a highlight with the pool, spa, and putting green. It felt like our own private resort. The kitchen and living areas were perfect for group meals and relaxing, and having Smart TVs in every room was a nice bonus.The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, which we appreciated, and the location made it easy to access stores and other essentials.Overall, this home provided comfort, space, and great entertainment during a meaningful and emotional trip for our family.
