The house and property were very clean, well stocked, and very organized.Our whole family came for Thanksgiving and the house and property had something for everyone! We came in for the soccer mayors cup. Boys loved the basketball court, bags and hot tub! We cooked and grilled all three days. The host was great.

Definitely think of Nickee the next time anyone has a big group come in to Vegas. They were considerate, accommodating, and the overall price was unbeatable compared to hotel prices. The location is also wonderful and is not only next to local casinos, but also Tivoli Village.

Great Vegas Vacation Home!

This was a perfect home for a great Vegas vacation. The house is beautiful. The outdoor space was amazing. When our kids weren't enjoying the beautiful pool, they were enjoying the putting green and basketball court! This home has plenty of living space and everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is really comfortable and the backyard is amazing. Amazing stay

Not only was the home beautiful but it catered to all ages. We had adults, teens, and smaller kiddos and each of them were able to enjoy the basketball court, pool and other games. Peaceful retreat

We really enjoyed the house. It's very spacious and offers so many amenities. The four bedrooms upstairs are all good sized. There is a second living room upstairs as well which is nice if you have a group with different ages (kids can be upstairs watching a movie while the adults are downstairs, etc). The backyard is amazing, it's like a private retreat with the pool and hot tub, great lounging areas, a small basketball court and even a putting green. I rented the house for me and a coworker as an alternative to a nearby resort where we were attending a conference. It was so nice to come back to each day to relax on the patio or by the pool. Nickee did a fantastic job communicating with me throughout the process. She is a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend this home enough
