i like that it was so easy to go to the beach, they provide beach chairs & umbrella. close to alot of restaurants and other hotel restaurants. access to trolly which was free to ride. can go anywhere fast. room was made for longer stays,…toaster oven so we could make food & they had a dish washer and provided room with cookware and utensils. deck was really nice to have. my lady took a nap out on deck. i would recommend to anyone.

My room was stunning and bed was super comfortable. I rated the hotel a bit lower because I had a rough experience. My room wasn’t ready until 6 pm so I missed by evening plans after a long day of travel. The staff was accommodating- They fed me and provided an additional credit to compensate me for the inconvenience. Food service at the beach was quite slow and I ended up getting food poising later that night. They did an investigation into what the cause could be and provided me some spring waters. If I chose to stay here again, I would probably just not order food at the beach and call ahead to ensure my room is ready before I arrive. Again, I really loved my room, but my experience was unfortunately tainted by a few experiences.

I like the room, the balcony, and the overall appearance of the hotel.The property itself was beautiful. Unfortunately, my birthday experience was ruined by poor room service customer service. When I called to order food, I was repeatedly transferred back and forth between two employees. As someone who uses an accessibility device for Deaf and Hard of Hearing communication, this was especially frustrating. I eventually asked for a manager, who handled my order professionally and made sure my food was delivered. I appreciate the manager's help, but the experience left a negative impression. I was also disappointed by the nightclub experience. As a hotel guest celebrating my birthday, I asked if there was any special access or VIP accommodation and was told no. After seeing the long line, I ended up returning to my room and missing my dinner reservation. The day pool party was the highlight of my stay. The staff were friendly, the food was good, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. However, the seating rentals were extremely expensive. Another downside was the location. Transportation costs were very high, with Uber rides often costing $60-$80 each way. Because of this, I was unable to enjoy all the activities I had planned. While the room and pool area were excellent, the poor room service experience, expensive transportation, and disappointing birthday experience mean I would not stay here again. Well located, on beach but no parking other than valet. Taxi ride into south beach itself. Friends who visited me had a problem parking and had to pay the high parking fees Forget the complimentary cycle for 1 hour. Nobody to help you and you have to arrange it all on an app. Easier to pay for it elsewhere if you want to cycle. No balcony on the suite I was in, disappointing

This was my third time staying at the hotel. The service was outstanding, a huge thank you to Anastasiia, Salavador and Morgane for making me feel at home. Looking forward to my return in a few weeks.
