"Loved my stay from beginning to end. The property uses self check-in, which was great because I arrived at an odd time. It went very smoothly. The instructions they sent were very detailed. My room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was quick, convenient, and tasty. The outdoor seating area was lovely. I can’t say enough good things about the property. "

"My boyfriend and I were traveling in Sicily spontaneously, so we usually booked the hotel on the day of arrival. The hotels in Catania are not cheap, B&B usually doesn't have a front desk. Umberto House is the only one we find with 24 hour front desk at a reasonable price. The boutique hotel is newly renovated, the high ceiling and the ambience were great. "The owner and staff at this hotel are wonderful. They wete kind and generous. The location opposite the duomo next to a bar and restaurant was perfect. The rooms are funky and fun. There is a kettle for tea and coffee in the room, which was terrific. Fabulous place to stay!"
