"Beautiful location and stunning building, only ourselves and the owners there on our two night stay. Lovely staff. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. Also a ton of ants in and around bathroom. Tissue box full of them. Breakfast which was included was poor. Very old looking tomato and cucumber slices and tbh v little...

"This is a special villa from which to explore the Vittoria DOCG wine region and Chiaramonte Gulfi. The villa is beautiful and peaceful. We were lucky to be the only guests there at the time. The breakfast is well above standard for the region. We highly recommend this villa."

The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The pool area is spacious and lovely! And the breakfast buffet was so delicious with a huge selection! This hotel is a perfect spot for walking to local restaurants and it’s only about a 30 minute walk into old town."
