This property is a beautiful waterfront vacation home. It has an amazing view of the river and wildlife that surround it. Animals such as deer, geese, a crane that comes and feeds on the fish everyday and also bird houses that birds come and make their homes in every year. Also right in front of this peaceful vacation home, you have access to a green-way that leads to Anderson Point park. In the yard of this waterfront home there are many wind chimes that sing with the wind and help it feel so peaceful when out looking at the beautiful river. When walking through the large beautiful yard there are many flowers that have been planted and grown here, which helps bring the wonderful outside of this home together. The inside of this home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining room , eat in kitchen/ laundry room with washer and dryer, living room, and a entertainment room that can be turned into a fourth bedroom with request made at time of reservation. This vacation home comes with Internet access and cable. In the kitchen there is a full size stainless steal refrigerator with an ice maker and filtered water . The back door opens up the amazing waterfront view.

Things that aren't allowed.
*If you feel that shoes are to be wore inside a house, this vacation home is not for you. At two of the doors, there will be a basket full of socks, flip flops, shoe covers, and slippers to wear inside the house for your comfort.

*No international calls allowed and no collect calls allowed.

*No pets nor smoking are allowed in this home. Shoes off at the door please.

*Okay to warm up food or to make salad but no stove top or oven cooking allowed. Warming up food in oven or on stove top is OK. Stove top is Corning ware glass. Please only wipe surface if glass top stove as anything abrasive will scratch the glass top surface. Kitchen has one microwave, a coffee pot, lots of ground coffee for you to use as well as cream and sugar are provided. The kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser. You may put items in dishwasher but not necessary to cut it on until it is full of dishes.

A photo ID is required.

The garage is not part of the reservation space. Please do not use it nor open it .
