"I’ll start with the positives: the bed linens were crisp and clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The shower was clean. Water was hot. Otherwise, this place is in rough shape. It looks fine from the outside, but inside everything feels dated and run down. Dirty carpets in common areas, pot smoke smell in the hallway, stale tobacco smell and sticky carpets in the room, toilet bowl hadn’t been scrubbed, no towel racks to dry used towels, towels had hair on them. Brown splatter on the wall and baseboard in the bathroom. Terrible lighting: lamps that didn’t work, harsh fluorescent light in the bathroom, bed lamps held together with black electrical tape. Pool full of brown water. Tried to get M&Ms from vending machine and the package was soggy with condensation - drinks and snacks are all in the same machine. The overall vibe here is “we don’t care,” as if management has just given up. Family members stayed here years ago and it was a nice place, but things have clearly changed. We saw several other guests complaining at the front desk about various things, and some even said they were checking out and requested a refund. We stuck it out since we were only there for 2 nights and didn’t spend much time in the hotel, but we will never stay here again. I’d recommend that people spend a little extra money if they can and head to the Residence Inn or Courtyard Marriott just a few doors down. You’ll be glad you did."

"I’ve never stayed in a RRI before and will never again. Was way overcharged due to high demand for graduations. Bare bones accommodations. Shower water pressure poor, everything to do with the bed was not much better than a cot, and the place smelled. Asked for two more pillows and was told that I could have one. Other hotels in the same vicinity and they looked nice and inviting. When I pulled up to the RRI I realized I was in the one hotel in the area that is in need of a major renovation. I would not recommend this place. "

"Staff and rooms were up to par the breakfast was standrad,but good and fresh overall a 9 would stay there again for it felt safe and great location. Erick the desk supervisor was soo nice the whole staff that I encountered with was great 👍 👌"

"The place is aDump room locks broke beds look sinking everything was filthy street walkers etc.we couldn't stay there and you shouldn't if you want real pictures let me know the ones on line are false I just need my full refund..Definitely don't pay in advance..I can't say more in case this becomes a law suite"

"I did not add the breakfast bar. However, did experience two issues with the key card for my room. Staff responded quickly when called. Everything else was satisfactory with my visit."

"The rooms appear outdated in person than in photos. Some of the outlets didn’t work. The bathroom was quite small. And worst part was the toilet did not properly flush. It ended up getting clogged and we couldn’t find anyone to help. One positive is that they offer free breakfast."
