The hotel is not safe. The people around the hotel and the guests were shady figures. I saw people with open alcohol bottles near building. There was a lot of noise at night, I couldn’t get good sleep. There were stains on the carpet and a weird smell in the room and hallways. I didn’t feel safe as a single woman traveler. I checked out after the first night in the morning. Very disappointed.

Very nice hotel. Clean room. Very nice front desk attendants. I slept well so it was a good stay. There were 2 food trucks real close to the hotel property. I wanted to indulge but I had a meeting first thing in the morning and have a sensitive stomach. When I return, I will try them.

Breakfast was basic even for continental. Not great. Room was clean but with cheap updates and still needed upkeep. Very basic amenities. Cheap towels. Parking was easy and free. It is right behind a gas station. Definitely a budget hotel. I have stayed in nicer Microtels before.

Enjoyable stay

My son and I stayed this past weekend in Raleigh for Dreamville and our room was really nice, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was really friendly and I would stay here again if I return to Raleigh in the near future.

The area was okay! It was beside a Red Roof Inn that was clearly unsafe. My room was nice, but it had cobwebs on the wall. The staff was excellent and courteous. I would stay again.
