"Airport shuttle was very timely. Great location. Very close to the airport! Check in was a snap. Lady at the front desk very polite and had a warm smile. Room was clean and comfortable. Toilet was very low. Could be a problem for someone with bad knee or hip. Didn’t have breakfast had an early morning departure."

"The property and room were clean and for the most part very well maintained. There was a lot of noise from outside rooms throughout the night. The glass shower door also didn’t close all the way, which made the shower leak. You can see there was some water damage to the the floor and outside door because this. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!! and the AC was fantastic. Also great water pressure in the shower!"

"Free coffee is great. Check in was pain/free and fast. Room wasn’t cleaned clean and AC kept us cool. Elevators were fine and plenty of ice. Pool no longer exists…were informed it had been filled in. Asked about dinner options but front desk didn’t have many suggestions. Recommend they have a list to share. Unfortunately, our room wasn’t cleaned 2 of our 3 days (yes the DND sign was off the knob). We had trash and towels piled up which trash was emptied, and used towel retrieval, at our request to the front desk But beds weren’t made, nor carpet vacuumed, nor bathroom counters cleaned after 1st day (4 night stay). So not cleaned 2/3 days. Breakfast was ho-hum. If you like their little omelettes it was great. Friday and Sunday the hot food was pretty empty during prime breakfast time. No biscuit gravy on the days they had biscuits (I was looking forward to it being in NC). So I went with butter-substitute and honey.👎 Parking was fine and available."

"The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and modern. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. Our room was well-appointed and appeared to be in excellent condition. Unfortunately, what would have otherwise been a great stay was significantly impacted by a malfunctioning air conditioner. We set the thermostat to 72 degrees, but the room temperature never dropped below the low 80s. As a result, we were extremely uncomfortable throughout the night and got very little quality sleep. Because we checked in late, we initially assumed the room simply needed time to cool down and did not realize there was a problem until much later. By the time it became clear the unit was not functioning properly, it was too late to report it. We brought the issue to the attention of the front desk the following morning. What was most disappointing was the response. The front desk associate offered only a minimal apology and made no meaningful effort to address the inconvenience or provide any type of accommodation for what was a very uncomfortable night. The property itself is excellent, but the lack of concern shown when a legitimate issue was reported left a negative impression. I would consider staying again, but only if I felt confident that guest comfort concerns would be taken more seriously."
