Our room overlooked a peaceful looking mostly residential street how ever, we were awoken many times by: it sounded like a recycling facility, passing families, rolling suitcases, and a 3:30 am loud serenade by several birds welcoming the early sunrise."

The 4 star rating is reflective of the lack of room amenities (what’s wrong with leaving cotton buds etc in the bathroom?) and very poor VIP experience. Lobby coffee, breakfast takeaway foods etc are great and it really is hard to fault the hotel. "
