"Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Stockholm. Great location, charming and historic building, and friendly staff. The only thing I wish I had known before booking is that Ubers/Taxis cannot pull up to the hotel, so there is a bit of a walk. Not the hotel’s fault, just good to know beforehand. Thank you so much! "Perfect stay! you can walk to all the good spots (old town, shopping) but you’re also close to buses and the metro. I agree with all the previous reviews: the staff is awesome, the rooms are great and the included breakfast is really good. Worth every penny!"
"Absolutely amazing hotel! The reception is clean, bright and wonderfully decorated. Everything feels new and modern and the staff were super helpful at check in and were always available and happy to help. Our room was spacious, light and impeccably clean - it made any time we spent in there a relaxing time. The location is also perfect, just far away that you get a quiet and restful sleep, but close enough to a metro that you can be in the centre in no time at all. I would not hesitate at booking this, or any other scandic hotel because it was such a wonderful experience at a great price!"
Scenic forests, open picnic areas and stunning gardens on this rural islet today offer family fun, but also hide the ghastly history of its former prison.
