"The hotel is very nice and right off the A1 north in a Moto Service plaza. Everything you need when traveling. "

"The room was very clean and tidy, and the hotel had noted my disability and put us in a room with a disabled shower and accessibility was great. The staff were all lovely and polite and they couldn't do enough to help when we asked. I would highly recommend. We did eat breakfast, but it was oily so spoiled it a bit, however the breakfast staff where all fabulpus and they remembered our preferences for drinks etc. All on all a beautiful venue, amazing staff and the pricea were spot on. Thank you to all for a pleasant stay."

"Our stay at the Golden Fleece was great! Easy check-in, lovely room. Food in the evening was great but we didn't have breakfast so can't comment. Easy walkable distance to James Herriot’s house. Parking very easy and felt secure! All in all very nice."

"Clean and tidy hotel with decent parking and food. Excellent service. The only let down being the seating outside the front door resulting in a need to walk through clouds of smoke when entering or exiting. "
